How do I install the extension?
Install ReplyPilot from the Chrome Web Store, then open the extension popup and click “Connect extension” to sign in. Once connected, badges appear on tweets at x.com.
How do I connect my account?
In the extension popup, click “Connect extension.” A secure browser window opens for you to sign in. After that, the extension uses your subscription automatically — no license key to copy.
The badges aren’t showing on X.
Refresh the X tab after installing, and make sure the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions. ReplyPilot runs only on x.com and twitter.com.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page to manage billing. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset page and we’ll email you a reset link.
