ReplyPilot (“we,” “us”) is a Chrome extension and website that helps you score tweets and draft replies on X/Twitter. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign up, we store your email, name, and authentication records so you can sign in to the site and the extension.
• Subscription data. Billing is processed by our payments provider, Dodo Payments. We store a customer and license reference to confirm your active subscription. We do not store your card details.
• Tweet context (transient). When you click to generate a reply, the extension sends the relevant tweet’s text and media descriptions, plus your profile settings, to our API to produce drafts. This content is used to generate the reply and is not stored as part of your profile.
• Profile settings. The niche, voice, and example settings you enter in the extension are stored in your browser and sent with reply requests so drafts match your voice.
• Usage analytics. We record aggregate counts of actions (e.g. replies generated, panels opened, replies inserted) tied to your license to enforce quotas and improve the product.

Tweet scoring runs locally

The badge score shown on each tweet is computed entirely in your browser. No tweet content leaves your device until you explicitly click to generate a reply.

How we use data

• To authenticate you and provide the service.
• To generate AI replies you request.
• To enforce subscription limits and prevent abuse.
• To understand usage in aggregate and improve ReplyPilot.

Third parties

We share data only with providers necessary to run the service: our payments provider (Dodo Payments) for billing, our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate replies, and our hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Account, subscription, and usage records are retained while your account is active. Tweet content sent for reply generation is processed transiently and is not retained as profile data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Your choices

• Edit or clear your profile settings anytime in the extension popup.
• Cancel your subscription from your account page.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@replypilot.fun.
